We will adopt OpenCode as the primary and standardized tool for our projects.

• Each programmer can use their preferred model.
• When starting a project, the /init command is executed in OpenCode to generate the AGENTS.md file in the project root.
• The AGENTS.md file will be exclusive to the project.
• We will use custom instructions for the rules and code definitions.
• These rules will be in a separate repository that will be maintained across all projects.
• Whenever there is a new release of this rules and skills repository, all project channels will be notified, and the project lead will be responsible for downloading the updated version.
• As we work with agents and encounter hallucinations or errors, we expect these situations to be reported so we can refine the rules.
